Scope:

This four-level parking structure at Colorado State University in Fort Collins provides parking for approximately 850 vehicles, including spaces for fuel efficient vehicles and bicycle parking. Alternates added space for tenant office or retail shell on the first and second levels. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the project.
