Scope:

This GSA project addressed moisture and condensation in the five record storage bays of a federal records building in Broomfield that had strict temperature and humidity requirements. The work evaluated the building envelope, controls, and mechanical equipment and recommended corrections. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
