Scope:

The Dallas Lochwood Branch Library project covered 19,300 square feet with a project value of $4,400,000. Our team supported new construction of Dallas Lochwood Branch Library in Dallas, Texas. For reading and study areas, meeting rooms, public computer stations, and staff workspaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
