Scope:
A new band hall, fine arts building, and science spaces were part of Polytechnic High School’s renovation and expansion. Our team designed electrical and HVAC improvements for the renovation and expansion of Fort Worth ISD’s Polytechnic High School. The $39 million project covered approximately 188,558 square feet and added a band hall, fine arts building, and science classrooms and laboratories. Renovated areas included the kitchen, cafeteria, library, restrooms, JROTC spaces, and classrooms. The work combined upgrades to systems in the historic main building with new systems for the additions, including IT and security infrastructure.
