Scope:

The Elm Ridge Police Department & Government Center program includes records, evidence processing and storage, interview and holding rooms, an armory, a sally port, IT and server rooms, locker rooms, and fitness space. Our team supported the Elm Ridge Police Department and Government Center in Savannah, Texas. The $10.5 million, 20,500 square foot building combines municipal offices and council space with police operations. For public reception, staff offices, interview and evidence areas, and operational support spaces, the design considers ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts account for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
