Scope:

Royse City Police Station was designed for the department�s current needs, as well as the expected 10 to 15 year needs. Our team supported the Royse City Police Station project in Royse City, Texas. The new station was to be made up of a single story Main Building, a single story Fitness Building, and a Support Building. The secure staff parking lot was protected by an 6 foot tall security rated, metal fence and sets of rolling vehicle gates operated by access card. Other staff side features included synthetic turf areas for fitness, outdoor seating areas, and surrounding staff �plaza�. The project covered 29,500 square feet with a project value of $25,000,000.
