Scope:

The Allen Surgical Center scope included power distribution, medical gas, lighting, and HVAC systems designed to support the outpatient surgical center’s clinical operations. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the new Allen Surgical Center in Allen, Texas. The building systems planning covered procedure areas, staff workrooms, equipment spaces, and clinical support rooms. The HVAC approach accounted for ventilation, filtration, and pressure relationships for surgical and processing functions. Our power and lighting planning considered procedure equipment power, task lighting, and essential electrical system coordination. Plumbing planning addressed clinical water and waste connections and processing equipment interfaces.
