Scope:

Generators, switchgear, UPS systems, and rooftop HVAC were part of the Lake Pointe hospital data center expansion and upgrade. The Baylor Lake Pointe Data Center scope included emergency generators, switchgear, rooftop HVAC units, server racks, and UPS systems. Our team provided engineering for expansion and upgrades at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Lake Pointe’s data center in Rowlett. The work provided redundant power and cooling for the hospital’s computing and clinical technology infrastructure. The building systems planning covered server rooms, equipment areas, and the infrastructure that supported computing operations. The HVAC approach accounted for equipment heat loads, cooling airflow, and service access around technology racks.
