Scope:

Major new construction expansion of the existing cancer center added a new LINAC vault to accommodate one net new linear accelerator and support spaces, along with one net new PET CT. Our team supported the BSWH Waxahachie Cancer Care Center Expansion for LINAC and PETCT project at 2400 N Interstate 35 E Rd, Waxahachie, TX 75165. The project included approximately 10,468 gross square feet of building footprint expansion and associated interior build out, site work, building envelope and related MEP infrastructure, expansion of the existing waiting room, nine new exam rooms and one new procedure room, twelve new infusion stations, new administrative support space including a multi purpose room and offices, additional lab space with new draw stations, and renovation of the existing pharmacy space with full IV prep and chemo hoods to comply with USP 800.
