Scope:

Electra, a small Wichita County community in North Texas, is named for rancher’s daughter Electra Waggoner. Our team supported the Electra Hospital District project at 1207 S Bailey St, Electra, TX 76360. The assignment supported a rural hospital district facility and was coordinated around patient care, clinical operations and applicable healthcare requirements. For patient care rooms, treatment areas, clinical support spaces, and staff work areas, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
