The approximately 8,000 square foot, $2.89 million facility included a main reading space with large windows and an adjacent sensory garden. Mechanical work included high efficiency rooftop units and ductwork integrated with the architecture. Electrical design provided 208 V distribution, flexible floor outlets, and LED interior and exterior lighting. The scope also included plumbing and fire protection.
