Scope:

The West Dallas Multi Purpose Center renovation and expansion supported a City of Dallas recreation facility. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for the renovation and expansion of the West Dallas Multi Purpose Center, a 19,000 square feet recreation facility owned by the City of Dallas., Our team supported the $2,000,000 renovation and expansion of the facility, completed in 2019. The design considered activity areas, meeting and program rooms, locker facilities, and staff spaces. Our mechanical planning focused on ventilation and thermal control for changing activity and occupancy levels. Electrical planning addressed activity lighting, equipment power, and electrical support for program spaces. For plumbing systems, we considered locker and restroom fixtures and water distribution for public use.
