Scope:

W.T. White High School’s renovation updated 169,200 square feet of campus space and added an athletic use building. Our team provided engineering for the renovation of W.T. White High School, located at 4505 Ridgeside Drive in Dallas, Texas. The $13 million project renovated 169,200 square feet of the existing campus and added a new athletic use building, with construction running from July 2022 through August 2023. The project value was $13,000,000. For classrooms, collaboration areas, administration, and student support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
