Scope:

Public bid information described approximately 3,780 square feet of targeted renovation within the existing two story learning center. Our team provided engineering design for the Joseph J. Rhoads Learning Center for Dallas Independent School District, completed around 2020. The renovation supported continued use of this Dallas ISD elementary campus. The work included a secure vestibule, administration and clinic improvements, restroom renovations and additions, new finishes and lighting, a dedicated mechanical system, plumbing upgrades, fire suppression, communications, paging, access control, and intrusion detection. The project value was $1,050,000.
