Scope:

Reading, study, and public use set the pace for our work at Front Range Community College Larimer Campus Harmony Library Renovation. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for FRCC, Larimer Campus Harmony Library Renovation, serving Front Range Community College. The mechanical and electrical scope covered the building renovation. The building systems planning covered reading and study areas, meeting rooms, public computer stations, and staff workspaces. The HVAC approach accounted for quiet HVAC operation and ventilation for changing public occupancy. Our power and lighting planning considered reading and task lighting, computer power, and flexible furniture layouts.
