Scope:

Resident comfort and shared daily activities guided the building systems approach at Mesa State College Residence Hall. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for Mesa State College, Residence Hall, serving Colorado Mesa University. The building systems planning covered resident rooms, shared lounges, laundry areas, corridors, and building support spaces. The HVAC approach accounted for resident comfort, individual space control, and ventilation in shared areas. Our power and lighting planning considered room lighting, receptacle power, and distribution for residential equipment.
