Garland Police Property and Evidence

Scope:

The Garland Police Property and Evidence facility was built to house police evidence and create a warehouse for future digital evidence storage requirements. The facility provided climate controlled storage and featured secured parking, secure property and evidence storage, a police facility, administration offices, and training rooms. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering for the project, which won a 2022 Gold Award from OFFICER Magazine in the LE Facilities III category. The project covered 18,000 square feet with a project value of $17,000,000.
