Scope:

The McKinney Performing Arts Center project scope supported building infrastructure systems for this repurposed historic landmark, now serving as a cultural venue for theater and performing arts programming. Our team provided engineering for the renovation of the McKinney Performing Arts Center, housed in the historic Old Collin County Courthouse in downtown McKinney, Texas. For performance or exhibit areas, public gathering spaces, and staff support rooms, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
