Scope:

The Mesquite Government Center project covers 53,500 square feet with a project value of $32,000,000. Our team supported the Mesquite Government Center project in Mesquite, Texas. The new Dallas County Mesquite Government Center consolidates multiple government services in one building. The two story building will be home to the Constables, Justice of the Peace, Tax Office, Juvenile Services, Facilities Management, Early Voting/Community Space. Additional spaces include a remote business area, commissioner’s office, a fitness area, a large detention pond, and flexible rooms to accommodate training or conference space.
