The Richardson Library & City Hall project covers 100,000 square feet with a project value of $58,500,000. Our team supported renovation of Richardson Library & City Hall in Richardson, Texas. For reading and study areas, meeting rooms, public computer stations, and staff workspaces, the design considers ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts account for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
