Scope:

Prosper’s Central Fire and Administration building combined crew living areas and apparatus bays with fire administration and emergency management. A separate apparatus bay housed the department’s 9/11 Memorial Museum. Our team supported Prosper’s Central Fire and Administration facility. The $14.6 million, 30,000 square foot building combined fire station operations with fire administration and emergency management. The first floor included apparatus bays, individual dorm rooms, decontamination, gear and EMS storage, training, and an ICC 500 tornado shelter. The second floor included administrative offices and a conference room that also served as an emergency operations center.
