Scope:

TCU Campus Improvements brought classroom, administrative, and student support needs into the building systems work. Our team provided engineering design services for Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas. This work included improvements to the Intellectual Commons and a campus athletics masterplan. For lecture rooms, teaching spaces, faculty offices, and shared student areas, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
