Scope:

Turner Industries Headquarters brought everyday workplace needs into the building systems design. Our team provided engineering design for a new office headquarters, serving Turner Industries in Paris, Texas. The 28,000 square foot building included open and private offices, an employee lounge, restrooms, a medical room, storage, elevators, and site parking and circulation spaces. For resident rooms, shared lounges, laundry areas, corridors, and building support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
