University of Colorado Denver Lynx Crossing Residence Hall Renovation called for an engineering approach that followed the rhythms of residential life. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for University of Colorado, Denver, Lynx Crossing Residence Hall Renovation, serving University of Colorado Denver. The mechanical and electrical scope covered the building renovation. The building systems planning covered resident rooms, shared lounges, laundry areas, corridors, and building support spaces. The HVAC approach accounted for resident comfort, individual space control, and ventilation in shared areas. Our power and lighting planning considered room lighting, receptacle power, and distribution for residential equipment.
