Scope:

Comprehensive renovation of the North Classroom building that modernized mechanical and electrical systems and transformed teaching and common spaces. Our team supported the University of Colorado Denver North Classroom Renovation project. Work included 34 general assignment classrooms, laboratories, conference rooms, restrooms, a major atrium and commons, and extensive IT, audiovisual and wireless infrastructure improvements. The project covered 115,405 gross square feet renovated with a project value of $33,471,649.
