Scope:

Replacing PET/CT equipment at MD Anderson’s WH Imaging Center brought the scanner’s building interfaces into the engineering work. Our team supported replacement of PET/CT equipment at MD Anderson’s WH Imaging Center. For imaging rooms, equipment and control rooms, and patient preparation areas, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
