Scope:

A competition gym, fine arts building, and new library and classroom spaces were central to the Bryan Adams High School renovation and addition. Our team supported the $56 million renovation and addition at Dallas ISD’s Bryan Adams High School. The 289,064 square foot project included a competition gymnasium and fine arts building, along with a two story addition housing a library, classrooms, and offices. The work combined improvements to the existing campus with new instructional and athletic spaces. For classrooms, collaboration areas, administration, and student support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
