Scope:

The Dallas ISD H. Grady Spruce High School project covered 73,000 square feet with a project value of $21,000,000. Our team supported renovation and addition of DISD H. Grady Spruce High School in Dallas, Texas. For classrooms, collaboration areas, administration, and student support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
