Dallas Independent School District Nolan Estes Plaza

Scope:

Nolan Estes Plaza was planned to bring elementary, middle, and high school programs into a single three story Dallas ISD facility. The Dallas ISD Nolan Estes Plaza program included Montessori instruction, Wright Lassiter Early College High School, and CityLab, along with an enclosed, conditioned 50 stall parking garage that also served as a storm shelter. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for Dallas ISD’s Nolan Estes Plaza. The planned $80 million, 159,000 square foot facility brought elementary, middle, and high school programs into a three story building.
