Scope:
After determining that the existing Town Hall facility was not sufficient for the town’s needs, Lakewood Village decided to construct a new town hall to accommodate current and future community needs. Our team is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering for the project, with completion estimated, serving 2027. The project covers 14,500 square feet with a project value of $13,000,000. The design considers production or service areas, equipment spaces, storage, and staff support facilities. Our mechanical planning focuses on ventilation and equipment heat loads matched to operational uses. Electrical planning addresses process equipment power, task lighting, and electrical distribution capacity. For plumbing systems, we consider water and drainage needs coordinated with operational equipment.
