Scope:

Geneva Heights Elementary School underwent a renovation and addition project by Dallas ISD. Our team supported the Geneva Heights Elementary School project in Dallas, Texas. The new construction was designed to house 750 students from Pre K to 5th grade and included features like outdoor gardens, playgrounds, and experiential learning spaces such as a second floor porch. The project included renovation of the existing 1930s structure with new roofing, window systems, and updated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. New additions included a two story classroom building, a one story collaboration and circulation space, a gymnasium that also served as a storm shelter, and a food service addition. The project covered 90,414 square feet with a project value of $31,000,000.
