Scope:

The Dallas Fire Station No. 58 project incorporated energy efficient mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring the building met both functional and sustainability standards. Our team supported the Dallas Fire Station No. 58 project in Dallas, Texas. The new fire station included modern, facilities designed to support the firefighters and first responders who served the surrounding area. In addition to the operational spaces, the station provided enhanced living quarters for fire personnel, contributing to a comfortable and efficient work environment. The project covered 16,550 square feet with a project value of $13,000,000.
