Scope:
Chillers, boilers, lighting, fire alarms, and access controls were among the systems addressed through our Dallas College District IDIQ assignments. The Dallas College District IDIQ program included 350,000 square feet and $2.2 million in project work. Our team provided design, construction documents, and construction administration for building system improvements through the Dallas College District IDIQ program. Mechanical work included chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handling units, exhaust fans, hydronic piping, pumps, and variable frequency drives. Electrical and life safety work included exterior and restroom lighting, campus fire alarm systems, and security access controls. The team surveyed existing systems, prepared selective demolition drawings and specifications, and recommended installation phasing.
