Scope:

Photovoltaics, heat recovery HVAC, and water reuse were part of the design approach at Vickery Park Branch Library. Lighting power density was designed 20 percent below the applicable ASHRAE requirement. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling services for Dallas’ Vickery Park Branch Library. The library program included an 18,000 square foot building, a children’s playground, and park space on a four acre site. The design targeted LEED Platinum with photovoltaic generation, LED lighting, heat recovery variable refrigerant flow HVAC, rainwater harvesting, and condensate recovery.
