Garland Granger Recreation Center called for attention to comfort, equipment needs, and the way people move through the space. Our team supported renovation of Garland Granger Recreation Center in Garland, Texas. The project value was $3,500,000. For activity areas, meeting and program rooms, locker facilities, and staff spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
