Scope:

The Rio Grande State Center project covers 100,000 square feet with a project value of $120,000,000. Our team supported expansion of Rio Grande State Center in Harlingen, Texas. For patient living areas, treatment and counseling rooms, staff stations, and support spaces, the design considers ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts account for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
